Bente Bak is an AI Product designer with a background in Strategic Product Design from TU Delft.
With 9+ years of experience at big brands, startups, and scale-ups, she’s got a knack for spotting what really moves the needle.
She runs hands-on workshops that help teams step back, see the bigger picture, and think more strategically about their customers and their org—so they can spark real change and inspire the people around them.

Her mission? To inspire companies to talk to their customers again— starting with their design and product teams.
